Pray for the Housing Advisory Committee. Pray for our retired clergy and church workers, for those residing at Manormead Residential Home and Nursing Home in Hindhead and all the staff and chaplains.

Pray  for the well-being and empowering of all who continue to minister in the Diocese, in hospitals and homes, and helping out in parishes.

Pray for Ordinands in Training from this Diocese, and Deacons preparing for ordination to the Priesthood.

Pray for the development of vocations work, for men and women seeking their vocation and for the team of Vocations Advisors, Bishops' Assessors and Selectors.

Pray for interfaith relationships. For continuing good relations between faith communities in the diocese. For understanding of the beliefs and hopes of Muslims in the area, and a desire to explore basic shared beliefs with local Muslims and Jews.

Pray for the members of the PCC, our Churchwardens and Deputy Wardens, remembering the responsibilities they have in helping to maintain and build the life of the church. Pray that in all their deliberations the will of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit will be sought.

Pray for all new Christians, that they may see God leading them, and
as they learn what it means to be part of the living body of Christ.

Pray for ourselves that we may grow closer to our Lord, and help others to do the same.

Take time today to reflect upon the past week and prepare ourselves for our worship tomorrow.
Pray for those who will conduct the service and for those who will preach.

Pray for those involved in children's work, that they would be enabled by God to bring children and their parents to know Jesus and his love for them. That teenagers would recognise their need of God. That we would have opportunities to share the love of God with our neighbours.
